We've enjoyed this place with friend and family for over ten years. We first tried them when on they had a place on IRB, downtown is same quality. Best to make reservations for prime time weekends in advance, try that at the Outback! Excellent house salad and bread, sangria is excellent-white or red, arroz con pollo is my personal favorite and it is definitely two or three meals - you had best enjoy leftovers. Wife enjoys the shrimp dishes. Whatever you choose, you cannot go wrong. Spanish chips are sinful. Atmosphere is OK, can be crowded, if you don't like the table speak up. Overall less noisy than the other prime eateries in the county in my opinion. Service is always tuned to your needs, just let them know.
